As part of Seniors Week Victoria (6-13 October), we hosted a cooking demonstration by our resident Chef Mel on how to turn one meal into many meals. Everyone that attended also received a copy of our One Meal Many Ways – Healthy Eating Guide, which covers

– Chef Mel’s instructions for cooking slow cooked meat and the recipe variations
– Helpful hints for buying for 2 and menu planning
– Safe food storage including a freezer guide.
