Agata is a skilled leader and experienced CEO with a genuine passion and commitment to people’s health so they can live their lives to the fullest.
Agata is strategically-focused and highly experienced in developing and maintaining key relationships. She has spent much of her career undertaking transformational change for a range of organisations, and leading teams to achieve outstanding results in the public, not-for-profit and private sectors. Agata has extensive knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and support services, and for the past six years has led the not-for-profit organisation ermha365, who provide complex mental health and disability services.
Prior to her role at ermha365, Agata held a number of executive positions. These include two years as Chief Executive Officer at the Accident Compensation Conciliation Service, and five years at State Trustees in several senior and executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Acting Chief Executive Officer. In both of these roles, Agata grew revenue and client satisfaction, improved profitability, and implemented new IT and business systems while delivering new services.
General Manager Mental Health, AOD & Youth - Olive Aumann

Olive is committed to empowering people to live their best life possible through effective and accessible health promotion and disease prevention programs. Olive has experience as a registered nurse in acute, aged care and community health services as well working in remote areas and with Aboriginal communities. She believes that providing people with the skills to manage their health and wellbeing enables them to become independent and active members of the community.
As a General Manager, Olive leads a progressive and dedicated multidisciplinary team who are committed to supporting the health needs of those most vulnerable. This includes the Baby Makes 3 program which aims to build equal and respectful relationships in families, the supportive Whitehorse Men’s Shed program and a range of drug and alcohol services including our mobile needle and syringe program which operates 365 days a year. Olive’s commitment to promoting positive health and wellbeing is amplified by her contribution as Board Director of Box Hill Central Rotary Club and Women’s Health East as well as Chair of the Deakin University Health Advisory Board.

As a registered nurse with over 25 years of healthcare experience across a number of roles, Maria is dedicated to building safe, ethical and responsible workplaces. Her background in the sector is extensive, including senior management roles at Mercy Hospital, Northern Hospital, Austin Hospital, Plenty Valley Community Health and Dianella Community Health.
Maria supports our multidisciplinary team in providing genuine care, open communication and productive collaboration with our clients. This includes managing and enhancing our risk framework, leading our accreditation processes, continuous quality improvement and overseeing our customer service feedback channels. Maria’s commitment to maintaining integrity in all areas of health practice is matched by her clinical experience and passion to empower people to achieve their best lives possible.

Anne has an impressive background in the health sector, in particular mental health services and support, most recently as Executive Director at Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Care Network.
Anne is committed to the health and wellbeing of the wider community, having also worked at Medicare Local and as CEO of Knox Community Health. Anne’s commitment to helping people live their best lives possible is backed by a number of credentials including; a Master of Public Policy and Management, a Diploma of Nursing Education and a Bachelor of Education. Anne’s contribution to the executive team has been paramount in steering us towards our vision of providing affordable, accessible and tailored healthcare solutions.
General Manager People, Learning and Culture - Libby Hasler

Libby brings over 20 years of professional experience to Carrington Health, covering strategic human resources management, change management, organisational development, OHS, learning and development and performance management.
Libby is a change leader, with proven experience in building engaged, high performing and resilient teams. She has worked across a number of sectors and renowned organisations such as Baptcare, HPA, YMCA, TAC, ME Bank and Western Water.
Libby understands good health and happiness is at the heart of all we do at Carrington Health. She is committed to enabling our teams to do and be their best, and striving to do things differently if it gets the best outcome for our clients. In this way, she is always influencing and pushing the status quo so that we can deliver on our vision to provide accessible, affordable and tailored health care for our clients.
General Manager Partnerships & Service Development- Carina Martin

Carina believes that partnerships are integral to providing holistic health services and her ambition is matched by her clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist both locally and in Canada. In 2000 she completed a Masters of Occupational Therapy and has been with Carrington Health since 2006.
Carina is passionate about supporting people to live independently as possible and providing people with the tools to manage their health now and in the long term. This is evidenced by her collaboration with Eastern Health, regional Community Health Services and the Primary Healthcare Network in the delivery of the IDEAS program.
Carina’s experience has also involved a range of senior management positions across health care and project focused teams. Carina drives the partnership function at Carrington Health but she also leads the marketing and communications team to support the organisation in delivering on its vision to empower people in our communities to enjoy better and longer lives.
General Manager Clinical, Community & Oral Health Services - Deb Miller

Deb started with Carrington Health in 2005, bringing a background in community health services, oral health and practice management. As the General Manager of Clinical, Community and Oral Health Deb leads a number of service areas including; NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme), Home and Community Care, Commonwealth Health Support Program, customer service and our public and private oral health services.
Deb has achieved a Diploma in Business Management, which has served to strengthen her operational experience with the skills to successfully deliver on our strategic vision. Deb is committed to providing accessible, flexible and responsive health care for all clients. This is achieved through her dedication to exceptional customer service standards as well as her ability to successfully lead an agile and forward thinking team of healthcare professionals.
General Manager of Finance and IT - Mark Terry

Mark brings a range of corporate experience to his role in the Executive team at Carrington Health. He previously worked as the Chief Financial Officer at the Alcohol and Drug Foundation and Director of Financial Operations for World Vision Australia. He currently leads a team across Finance, IT, Project Management and Business Analysis.
Mark is a strong advocate for effective corporate governance and sees his team as key enablers to support Carrington Health’s high quality health services and innovative programs. His experience has been key in delivering support systems and processes that have enabled healthAbility to expand across a number of service areas including NDIS, My Aged Care and private healthcare.
General Manager Business Redesign and Operational Excellence - Trevor Watson
With over 25 years’ international healthcare experience, Trevor brings a range of credentials to the Carrington Health executive team. Having worked in the UK’s National Health Service and Bupa, he brings a range of skills including operations, strategy development, commercial management, risk, governance and business transformation.
Trevor is passionate about healthcare and the optimisation of customer outcomes from both clinical and service experience perspectives. His main focus at Carrington Health is the improvement of our businesses practices and service delivery to ensure that those outcomes are both exceptional and commercially sustainable.
General Manager Aged Care and Disability Supports - Edmond Wong

Edmond brings over 30 years’ experience in health care and is dedicated to helping people to live independent and meaningful lives. Edmond has a proven track record in leading teams to deliver supportive and multidisciplinary services, in both aged care and disability. Edmond's career includes 12 years’ experience in leadership roles at EACH, delivering operational and strategic outcomes in NDIS, Aged Care and other Primary Health programs, supporting teams across a number of health disciplines to achieve an integrated service.
As a qualified clinician, Edmond understands our clients’ needs for accessible, personalised and holistic health care. He is committed to supporting our aged care and disability team to deliver safe, high quality and responsive services, and, has the skills, experience and passion to deliver on this.
