As part of the Connecting Carers project, we are hosting events and activities to help connect carers in the region of Nillumbik. 

Events coming up include: 

Carer support sessions

We host carer support sessions at Hurstbridge Hub, 50 Greysharps Rd Hurstbridge (during Memory Care Café  - Mondays at 1.30pm-3pm) 

20 June: Reflexology workshop - simple practices using reflexology and mindfulness.
Claire Sartori is the creator of Balanced Ground, Eltham which offers a safe and calming space for people to find balance in their wellbeing and life. Weaving together a variety of holistic modalities and tools, Claire supports clients to deepen their connection to their mind and body and invites you to nurture all parts of yourself. As a carer herself, Claire understands the challenges in prioritising self care.

Bookings and carer registration are essential (numbers may be limited).

Lunch outing for Carers (may include the person you are caring for):
