Eltham renovation works: 12-17 March 2025

These works will be happening from Wednesday 12 March until Monday 17 March 2025. We will operate as usual from Tuesday 18 March.

Access to the building will only be through the doors in our basement car park. We will have signage installed to direct people, and our team can be called on 9430 9100 if you need support.

As usual, you may park in our basement car park, or behind the healthAbility building in the Eltham Railway Station car park. There is also parking available in the Eltham town centre. One of the accessible car parks in our basement will be unavailable for the duration of the works.

Yes, please contact reception on 9430 9100 to reschedule your appointment if you are not comfortable with attending our Eltham site during this time.

Appointments can be moved to our Box Hill site if preferred. Depending on the purpose of your appointment, there may be an opportunity to change your appointment to telehealth. If that is your preference, please contact reception on 9430 9100 to discuss

Clients will be able to use staff toilets, however there will be no accessible toilet available. The nearest accessible toilet is over the road at the Eltham Village Shopping Centre, opposite Coles.

These works will cause significant noise and dust, but every effort has been made to keep clients and staff safe and away from the work area. Face masks will be available for staff and clients. If you have any concerns, please speak to reception on 9430 9100.

Reception will still be operating during this period, but will be located in the basement, opposite the car park doors. Your clinician will collect you from the basement reception and take you directly to the consulting room. Reception can assist you with any enquiries if needed. Due to the temporary relocation of reception, we request that clients pay by card if possible.

Clients who are unable to park in the basement car park or behind the healthAbility building will need to be able to walk down and up a sloping driveway to enter and exit the building. There will be no accessible toilets available on site during this time. If you are unsure, please call 9430 9100 and our team will be happy to discuss any concerns you may have.
