An opportunity to practice relaxation and mindfulness online

This weekly online program will allow you to experience mindfulness and self-care activities with our Occupational Therapist.

The course will:

  • Be conducted online from the comfort of your home
  • Include gentle chair based stretches followed by a guided mindfulness activity
  • Be conducted live, with an opportunity for people to ask questions and interact at the end of the session with both the facilitator and each other
  • Include self care resources – with a theme for each session

When: Tuesdays
Where: Online – a link will be sent to your email each week
Time: 10.30am – 11.30am
