LIFT stepped care model for mental health
healthAbility is a service provider for the LIFT stepped care model for mental health.
LIFT works with you and your care team, building on your strengths, to support your recovery. It is flexible, to meet your needs and recognises that the impact of your mental health concerns will vary over time.
LIFT provides expert support from mental health nurses, psychologists and counsellors, care coordinators and peer workers, to people who are not able to afford or access similar services, including asylum seekers. It is a free service.

To help stop the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in our community we have temporarily moved the LIFT stepped care for mental health to an telehealth (phone or video call) format.
