Our Exercise Physiologists specialise in developing personalised exercise programs, to prevent and manage chronic conditions or injury. Your needs and goals are identified to develop a program in line with your current treatment received from other health practitioners.

Our Exercise Physiologists will assess you and may prescribe clinical exercises for the treatment and prevention of a number of chronic health, medical conditions and injuries including -

  • Muscle and joint conditions
  • Respiratory or cardiac conditions
  • Pre and post-surgery
  • Mental health conditions
  • Living with or after cancer
  • Diabetes

Wellness Program

Improving your wellbeing through motion

Our Wellness Program is led by our supportive Exercise Physiology team and Physiotherapist and is designed to improve your overall health and well-being. The team provide a tailored program designed for the prevention and management of chronic health conditions and injuries.

The Wellness Program promotes:

  • Managing your weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes and bone/joint problems
  • Managing your Diabetes or other chronic condition
  • Chronic pain management
  • Maintaining or increasing joint movement
  • Preventing falls and injuries
  • Reducing stress and anxiety
  • Help build strength
  • Encourage your activity level
  • Provide education or best practice exercise
  • Keep you accountable for your goals
  • Increase your confidence and self esteem

Exercise Well Program

Use exercise to improve your recovery and wellbeing

The Exercise Well group assists people with chronic or complex health issues to participate in exercise to improve their health and wellbeing.

The program is supervised by health practitioners and focuses on the individual needs of those returning to exercise or maintaining an exercise program.

The aim is to ensure people with significant health needs are able to exercise in order to help lead a healthy lifestyle and reduce risk of future health issues.


When is the group held?

  • Mondays 10am – 10.30am (Online)
  • Mondays 11.15am – 11.45am
  • Thursdays 10am – 10.30am
  • Thursdays 11.15am-11.45am

At our Eltham location – 917 Main Rd, Eltham.
