Deb started with healthAbility in 2005, bringing a background in community health services, oral health and practice management. As the General Manager of Clinical and Community Deb leads a number of service areas including; NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme), Home and Community Care, Commonwealth Health Support Program, customer service and our public and private oral health services.
Deb has achieved a Diploma in Business Management, which has served to strengthen her operational experience with the skills to successfully deliver on our strategic vision. Deb is committed to providing accessible, flexible and responsive health care for all clients. This is achieved through her dedication to exceptional customer service standards as well as her ability to successfully lead an agile and forward thinking team of healthcare professionals.
