  • Taking Care of Yourself after a Harmful Relationship

    A FREE therapeutic group for women, who have previously been in a relationship with someone who has hurt, frightened or controlled them.

    Led by a professional Counsellor these sessions will help you:

    • Understand why you need to take care of yourself after leaving a harmful relationship
    • Learn to take care of yourself
    • Practice self-care strategies including stress management and relaxation

    When: Thursdays (2, 9 and 16 June 2016)
    Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm

  • Self-harm – How to Support Young People

    An information seminar for parents of children aged 8-15 years old discussing how to support young people who self-harm.

    • Where you can find support
