Champion Your Community

Join our Community Champions group to inform decision making and improve our health service.

The role of a community champion is to provide views and opinions about our services, identify concerns, raise issues, and provide feedback. Topics may include customer service, quality of service, communication and more.

We are aiming for a diverse group of members from our community to ensure fair representation of all people and perspectives.

The Community Champions group is professionally moderated and held in a respectful and friendly environment.

What’s involved?

Members are asked to attend a meeting quarterly (once every three months). Meetings will be held alternatively at our locations in Box Hill, Eltham or by video meeting.

Who can join?

Clients, carers and people in the community in Eastern and North-eastern Melbourne who are interested in improving community health services. If you believe you can contribute, we’d love to hear from you. Register your interest.
