Note: This service can help people experiencing mild mental health issues like anxiety, stress, depression and grief. If you or someone you know are in an emergency or crisis, contact 000 or Lifeline on 13 11 14.
Sometimes stress, anxiety, depression or grief can be overwhelming. Our Mental Health Nurses can help you get on top of things outside of normal business hours — whether after work, on the weekend, or on a public holiday when support is harder to come by.
You can meet our mental health team in person, or you can call 1300 003 509 (free call) to talk with a nurse over the phone or via telehealth.

No, you do not need a GP’s referral to access any of our mental health services. You can self refer or be referred by a health professional.
There is no cost for this service.
Our After Hours Mental Health Nurse Service is open 2.00pm to 7.00pm Saturday, Sunday and public holidays and 6.00pm to 11.00pm Monday to Friday.

If you are struggling with your feelings and emotions, seek support. There is no limit that needs to be reached before help is warranted. Our Mental Health services are available to anyone experiencing emotional difficulties which are impacting their day-to-day life.

Our Child Psychology team can support both you and your child. We provide techniques and strategies to help you manage your child’s needs at home. Sometimes Child Psychology may identify other services that your child could benefit from, in conjunction with psychology.
