For Women’s Health Week, we are partnering with Women’s Health East to celebrate the health and wellbeing of the Chinese women in the local community. We are hosting a free online session for Chinese first time parents on building strong families. This workshop will be delivered in Mandarin.

This session helps families sustain healthy and equal relationships after the birth of their baby. The discussion is around maintaining a healthy relationship during the transition to parenthood. Partners are welcome.

About the speakers


Summer Xia - mum of one teenage girl and a little boy. Project Coordinator of NLEC Community Care and a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator. She is also a trained facilitator for the Baby Makes 3 program.

Sebastian Ning - father of two young boys, former Baby Makes 3 attendant and a trained Baby Makes 3 facilitator. He is passionate about nurturing the next generation and supporting the community.
