Together with Nillumbik Shire Council and Banyule City Council, we are excited to invite you to our upcoming Carers Wellbeing Day! Happening during National Carers Week, this event has been designed with your wellbeing in mind, and is dedicated to celebrating and supporting carers.

The Carers Wellbeing Day is offering a range of activities to help you recharge, and connect with others, including:

10am-12pm:

Music, movement and mindfulness

11.45am-2.45pm:

Therapeutic Seated Massage

12pm-1.30pm:

Lunch, coffee and mingling

1.30pm-4.30pm:

Flower arranging workshop
