We will be closed from 1pm on Friday 22 December 2023, and will re-open on Tuesday 2 January 2024.

The After Hours Mental Health Nursing Service (freecall 1300 003 509), in-home care and CHOPER will still operate throughout the holiday season.

If you require support from the Home Care Packages team, you can call the Home Care Packages number on 9430 9104 (excluding the Public Holidays 25/12, 26/12 and 01/01).

For a medical emergency or mental health crisis please call 000.

For a dental emergency please call the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne on 9341 1000.

For 24 hour crisis support please call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
