Kicking off our CCAG for 2025!

CCAG

Last month we held the first meeting with our new Community Champions Advisory Group (CCAG) for 2025!

In this session we listened to and learned from CCAG members regarding several special interest areas, including healthy ageing, youth services, caring responsibilities, mental health, and chronic conditions. These insights will help us to prioritise what is most important to the CCAG and the communities they represent.

healthAbility’s CCAG provides an opportunity for community members and clients to influence how our services are delivered. Feedback and suggestions from CCAG members make a real difference, and are a vital part of how we continuously improve our services and processes for clients.

With a strong focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, the group currently has 20 members from diverse backgrounds and experiences to help ensure we understand what matters most to the communities we serve.

The CCAG is one of many ways we work with community members to get valuable feedback on our services. If you’d like to express your interest in future consumer engagement activities at healthAbility, please contact servicedesign@healthablity.org.au.
