North East Metro Mental Health and Wellbeing Connect open every Friday

The North East Metro Mental Health and Wellbeing Connect service is open every Friday from 9am-5pm at our healthAbility Eltham location, by appointment only.
The service offers free support for families, carers and supporters of people living with mental health or substance use concerns. Step into a warm and welcoming space designed for families to drop in, connect with each other, and engage with our compassionate Family Peer Workers, who bring their own lived experiences of supporting someone with similar challenges.
You'll find not only support but also a comforting atmosphere with coffee, tea, and biscuits available. Services include:
- Individual and group-based peer support
- Family counselling
- Information, resources, and practical support
- Education sessions and group programs
