This is an 8 week exercise group for those who are pregnant or postnatal, who need guidance on how to build strength at a transitional time in their lives.

Some of the benefits of the pregnancy and postnatal exercise group include:

  • Learning about moving safely during and after pregnancy
  • Participating in exercises that are tailored to your needs
  • Improving strength and mobility
  • Improving your understanding of your body
  • Understanding safe exercise during different life stages
  • Improving or preventing pelvic girdle and low back pain
  • Building up your confidence in your body
  • Meeting people in similar life stages, and building your social network
