Seniors Outing - Explore the Mornington Peninsula

What the day will look like:

Our journey begins with a comfortable and warm bus ride enjoying winter’s scenic beauty of the Mornington Peninsula, making stops along the way to stretch our legs, exploring and taking in in the breathtaking views.

Immersing ourselves in some Art and Culture, before winding through the costal vistas up to the point where we will enjoy a scenic lunch and stroll together.

Relax and enjoy the journey back but not without a couple of stops in between for some more sightseeing.

Date: Wednesday 31 July 2024
Time: Approx. 9.30 am pick up and 4pm return. Pick up & drop off Eltham & Mullum Mullum Stadium.
Cost: CHSP Fee $50/ Home care Package Fee $160 (invoiced to your package)

Includes morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch.

Eligibility: Participants must be registered with My Aged Care.

A program fee applies according to your funding source (Community Home Support Program (CHSP) or Home Care Package)

Our team will help identify eligibility and advise of your specific cost.

All participants attending must be independent. Participants must be able to climb more than 6 steps into a coach and walk 50 metres unassisted (walking sticks acceptable).

Cancellation of booking: If you wish to cancel your bookings, you must do so 7 days prior to event to receive a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days and we are unable to find a replacement, you will be charged the full amount. This is due to healthAbility being required to pre-pay activities.
