healthAbility is proud to partner with Sustainative for this immersive cultural event.

This free two hour session will include:

  • Learning from First Nations wisdom 
  • Guided meditation experience
  • Indigenous food practices (including morning tea)
  • Yarning circle and knowledge sharing
  • Connecting with your community and local services

Sustainable practice is crucial for the wellbeing of our world, but it’s just as important for us as a community, too. Our personal wellbeing is deeply connected to our country, just as we are connected to each other.
