'What matters to carers' - A community forum - 12 September

Merri Health and Nillumbik Shire Council invite carers supporting a person with dementia to an afternoon tea at our Memory Care Cafe. 

Are you caring for someone living with dementia?

Would you like to meet other carers?

Would you like to share your story about the benefits and challenges of caring for your loved one?

Join us for an afternoon tea and have a chance to connect with other people.

When: 12 September, 1:30pm - 3pm
Where: Hurstbridge Community Hub 50 Graysharps Rd, Hurstbridge
