About the event:

Join us for a discussion with local representatives from Women's Health in the North, Banyule Community Health and healthAbility for a very important discussion regarding women’s health and service delivery in the north-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

We are coming together to celebrate Jean Haile’s' Women's Health Week, this year's theme is "It's all about you". This discussion will be a supportive event with the main aim to inform the community of the importance of women putting themselves first and prioritising their own health.

“It may seem absurd, but women need reminding that it’s okay to put themselves first. So often they put the needs of family, friends, even their pets, above their own.”

This conversation will be co-hosted by Kate Thwaites, Federal MP for JagaJaga, and Vicki Ward, State MP for Eltham. Please join us via zoom on Thursday the 8th of September, register using this link to receive your zoom link and instructions to join, this is a free event.
