We’re looking for people of all ages and backgrounds, who are eager to help shape the future of local health and wellbeing services.

The role of a community champion is to provide views and opinions about our services, identify concerns, raise issues, and provide feedback. Topics may include customer service, quality of service, communication and more.

The Community Champions Advisory Group is professionally moderated and held in a respectful and friendly environment.
