To help stop the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in our community we are presenting Relaxing Together as an online format using GoToMeeting (video call).

An opportunity to practice relaxation and mindfulness online
This weekly online program will allow you to experience mindfulness and self-care activities with our Occupational Therapist.
The course will:
- Be conducted online from the comfort of your home
- Include gentle chair based stretches followed by a guided mindfulness activity
- Be conducted live, with an opportunity for people to ask questions and interact at the end of the session with both the facilitator and each other
- Include self care resources – with a theme for each session
