We are very pleased to present our Annual Report for 2019. This year’s report reflects our vision for people in our communities to enjoy better and longer lives and shares our activities, client stories and achievements over the past twelve months.

Included through the document is the Victorian Quality Account which provides an overview of the many service and system improvements that have taken place over the past year. It also provides us with an opportunity to showcase the contribution and impact of client participation in our organisation, and demonstrates our commitment to ongoing quality improvement.
