Connect with our After Hours Mental Health Nurse for understanding & support

Note: This service can help people experiencing mild mental health issues like anxiety, stress, depression and grief. If you or someone you know are in an emergency or crisis, contact 000 or Lifeline on 13 11 14.

Sometimes stress, anxiety, depression or grief can be overwhelming. Our Mental Health Nurses can help you get on top of things outside of normal business hours — whether after work, on the weekend, or on a public holiday when support is harder to come by.

You can meet our mental health team in person, or you can call 1300 003 509 (free call) to talk with a nurse over the phone or via telehealth.

Our support service provides:

  • Someone to listen to your needs and concerns
  • Someone to assist you in deciding which steps to take next
  • Recommendations for ongoing support services
  • A dedicated person who will check in on you to see how things are going down the track
