The Exercise Well group is an online program that focuses on strenght an improving general health and wellbeing. The Exercise Well group assists people with chronic or complex health issues to participate in exercise to improve their health and wellbeing.

The program is supervised by health practitioners and focuses on the individual needs of those returning to exercise or maintaining an exercise program.

The aim is to ensure people with significant health needs are able to exercise in order to help lead a healthy lifestyle and reduce risk of future health issues.
