The health promotion team at healthAbility works to address the complex factors that drive local health inequities.

Through partnerships with schools, early childhood services, sporting clubs, and recreation providers, the team delivers prevention initiatives that promote health and wellbeing in the community.

This activity is undertaken in collaboration with local councils, public health units and other local organsations.

Health promotion initiatives are delivered across Boroondara, Manningham, Monash, Whitehorse, and Yarra Ranges.
