IDEAS is here to help people prevent and manage the health complications that come with having Type 2 Diabetes. The service is supported by a range of health professionals, and provides practical education and support to empower participants in managing their health and well-being for the long term.

All of our Diabetes Education and Support programs are run at our Box Hill location – 43 Carrington Rd, Box Hill.
We are a NDIS registered provider. We offer person centred support, you are at the centre of all we do.
