Wellness Gym is a 50 minute group facilitated by an Exercise Physiologist and accompanied Allied Health Assistant. This session involves a whole warm-up (seated or standing) before each participant proceeds with their own individualised program. These programs proceeds with their own individualised program. These programs utilise the cable machine, cardio equitment, dumbbells, rails and leg weights. Everyone comes together again at the end of the session to complete a cool down and stretch. 

Improving your wellbeing through motion

Our Wellness Program is led by our supportive Exercise Physiology team and Physiotherapist and is designed to improve your overall health and well-being. The team provide a tailored program designed for the prevention and management of chronic health conditions and injuries.

The Wellness Program promotes:

  • Managing your weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes and bone/joint problems
  • Managing your Diabetes or other chronic condition
  • Chronic pain management
  • Maintaining or increasing joint movement
  • Preventing falls and injuries
  • Reducing stress and anxiety
  • Help build strength
  • Encourage your activity level
  • Provide education or best practice exercise
  • Keep you accountable for your goals
  • Increase your confidence and self esteem


When is the group held?

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am and 10am
