Agata is a skilled leader and experienced CEO with a genuine passion and commitment to people’s health so they can thrive and be well.

Agata is strategically-focused and highly experienced in developing and maintaining key relationships. She has spent much of her career undertaking transformational change for a range of organisations, and leading teams to achieve outstanding results in the public, not-for-profit and private sectors.

Agata is passionate about improving health outcomes. As the CEO of healthAbility, she leads a team of talented professionals dedicated to supporting the health and wellbeing of our community. Agata also has extensive knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and support services, and for the past six years has led the Board of ermha365, who provide complex mental health and disability services.

Prior to her role at healthAbility, Agata held a number of executive positions. These include Chief Executive Officer at the Accident Compensation Conciliation Service, and several senior roles at State Trustees, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. In these roles, Agata grew revenue and client satisfaction, improved profitability, and implemented new IT and business systems while delivering new services.
