Jane brings strong and experienced guidance to the Board, drawing on more than 35 years of senior executive experience in nursing and health service management. A Board member since 2001 and former Chair from 2004 to 2012, she contributes deep expertise in governance, quality, recruitment, and consumer engagement.

Jane holds postgraduate qualifications in Critical Care, Business and Aged Care Management, and maintains active membership with both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Institute of Community Directors Australia.

Passionate about ensuring individuals and communities can freely access primary health care to support their health and wellbeing, Jane continues to advocate for equitable access across the Australian health system.

Jane currently serves as Deputy Chair, as well as a member of both the Board Quality and Safety Committee and the Board Governance, Risk and Compliance Committee.
