With over 30 years experience in the resources sector spanning geoscience, managerial and CEO roles, Peter has a strong background in leadership and strategy development and implementation. He is a non-executive Director at Melbana Energy Limited, Director at Omega Oil and Gas Limited, Director at Springhead Petroleum Pty Ltd, and a previous Non-Executive Director of Australian Energy Producers, and now Life Member.

Peter joined healthAbility's Board in 2024 with more than fifteen years of Board experience with both for-profit and not-for-profit organisations including Talon Energy Ltd (TPD) and XCD ENERGY LTD. In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree, he has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Peter is a member of both the Board Finance and External Audit Committee and was appointed the Chair of the Board Governance, Risk and Compliance Committee from January 2025.
