Rosalyn is a passionate and committed leader with over 25 years’ experience in the wellbeing and mental health space. Rosalyn’s expertise ranges in multiple discipline areas including parenting, mental health, youth and education. Responsible for overseeing the provision and operation of the Mental Heath and General counselling services, Rosalyn ensures all program delivery has an evidence-based framework and utilises agreed practice standards for client outcomes.

With a degree in Education, a postgraduate degree in Human Services, and studies in Developmental Psychiatry, training and relationship counselling, Rosalyn is strategically aligned to manage the unprecedented growth for mental health development and service delivery at healthAbility.

While providing leadership and supervision to her teams, Rosalyn is also responsible for strengthening and driving mental health partnerships, identifying expanding opportunities for growth, development and service delivery. This includes the Connect4Health consortium.

With a passion for leadership, sharing knowledge and supporting people to achieve their personal best, Rosalyn has a keen interest in facilitating education sessions for community organisations, health professionals, schools, parents and youth regarding mental health, emotional coaching and counselling support.
