Support at Home Offer - Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Support at Home offer (the “Offer”), provided by healthAbility (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in this Offer, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Offer.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this Offer, participants must:

Have an assigned Home Care Package by the Aged Care Assessment Team or Service (ACAT / ACAS).

Have signed an Agreement for healthAbility to deliver their Home Care Package/Support at Home package services between 2 October - 15 December 2025.

Offer Details

The Offer is valid from 2 October 2025 to 15 December 2025, inclusive.

The Offer includes two (2) hours of complimentary in home care in addition to the number of in home care hours allocated to the participant’s care package. These will be the first 2 hours of in home care – does not include gardening services.

To redeem the Offer, customers must quote the offer to the healthAbility Home Care Package/Support at Home specialist or their allocated Care Manager/Partner to be eligible. This can also be done by completing the healthAbility Home Care Package/Support at Home form on the website or calling healthAbility Home Care Packages/Support at Home team on 03 9430 9104.

The Offer is non-transferable, and no substitutions or exchanges are allowed.

Limitations

This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless specified.

The Offer is limited to one (1) per client.

Redemption

Redemption of the Offer may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

The Offer is valid only with healthAbility and cannot be applied to previous purchases or refunds.

Changes to the Offer

healthAbility reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical problems, or unauthorised intervention.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, healthAbility is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with this Offer, including any errors in the terms, technical failures, or problems with redemption.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state or province where the services are performed. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of the state or province where the services are performed.
