We are committed to providing clients with the best care and support. As part of this commitment, we launched a new client management system, Vantage, on 1 June 2026 to help improve how we deliver our services.
While this new system will provide long-term benefits, we are currently experiencing some early implementation issues as we adapt to the change.
What this means for you
Unfortunately, some client invoices are currently delayed by up to six weeks. As a result, you may receive an invoice that covers several weeks of services at once.
Depending on your individual circumstances, you may wish to set aside funds for services received in June until your invoice arrives. If you would like help estimating what this amount may be, please contact our team.
