Introducing our new Client Management System

We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Client Management System, called Vantage. It's a major step forward in how we support the people who use our services.

This new system has been carefully designed to improve the way our teams work together and enhance the overall experience for our clients. While our staff get up to speed with the new platform, you may notice some small changes during your interactions with us. We appreciate your patience as we embed this important improvement across our services.

What this means for you

Our new Client Management System will deliver a range of benefits, including:

  • Better coordination across services
Our teams will be able to work more seamlessly together, ensuring a more connected and responsive experience.
  • More accurate information sharing
Improved data management will help ensure your information is up-to-date and accessible to the right people when it matters most.
  • Enhanced scheduling and communication
Appointment management and communication processes will be more reliable and efficient.
  • A more consistent experience
Whether you’re engaging with us for the first time or are a long-term client, you can expect a smoother, more consistent journey.
  • More time focused on you
By reducing administrative tasks, our teams can spend less time on paperwork and more time supporting people.

A better experience in progress

As with any new system, there may be a short adjustment period as our reception and service teams become familiar with the platform. We’re committed to making this transition as smooth as possible and truly appreciate your understanding while we get everything up and running.

This investment reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, people-centred services, for now and into the future.
