Our Heart Health services support people in managing cardiac conditions, including heart failure and other chronic medical conditions through a combination of one-on-one support and group programs.
A physiotherapist, a nurse and an allied health professional facilitate this program. This supervised program that builds strength and endurance and helps maintain function and independence.

Yes, you will need a referral to attend our Heart Health program from your GP or Cardiologist.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1.15pm to 2.30pm.
