Physiotherapy Introduction to Balance and Strength (PIBS)
Providing a supervised and structured introduction to exercise
Our PIBS group caters for people with additional needs and those who are frail and require extra support in a supporting and nurturing environment.
The program is suitable for:
● Mobile adults
● People with additional needs
● The frail or elderly
● People recovering from injury
● People with a disability
When is the group held?
- Mondays from 1.00pm to 2.00pm for a seven to eight week duration

GLA:D™ Australia knee & hip Osteoarthritis treatment
Manage knee and hip pain
GLA:D™ Australia is an education and exercise program for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms. This program is unique in that the education and exercises provided can be applied to everyday activities. By strengthening and correcting daily movement patterns, participants will train their bodies to move properly, prevent symptom progression and reduce pain.

Gym Transition
In the gym
An exercise program held at the Eltham Leisure Centre is facilitated by an Excercise Physiologist and an experienced Allied Health Assistant who designs an individualised exercise program with a focus on participants becoming indepdendent in a gym setting.
When is the group held?
- Mondays and Wednesday at 9.00am and 10.00am
