Prize Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms. This Promotion is held at healthAbility’s Care Expo stand at 1 Exhibition Pavilion, Melbourne Showgrounds, Ascot Vale VIC. The Promoter is healthAbility trading as Nillumbik Community Health Service Ltd.
2. The Promotion commences on August 15th 2025 at 9.00am and closes on August 16th 2025 at 5.00pm.
3. To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete an entry form.
4. One entry per person only.
5. The winner will be selected at random from the valid entries.
6. The prize is: 1 of 5 x healthAbility Gifts with Heart gift cards valued at $200 each (total prize value $1000) and cannot be redeemed for cash. The prize gift card redemption has applicable terms of conditions for use and can be found here: healthability.org.au/gifts-with-heart/terms-and-conditions
6b. Redemption of gift card packages include 1 hour total travel time from our offices (Box Hill/ Eltham) and include our service areas. View service area.
If additional travel time is required, additional fees ($82 per additional hour) may apply and can be used in the gift card amount.
7. The Prize will be drawn at healthAbility Box Hill – 43 Carrington Rd, Box Hill VIC 3128 on Tuesday 26th August 2025.
8. The Winner will be notified via phone or email.
9. The prize must be collected from either healthAbility Box Hill or Eltham sites, during centre operating hours.
10. The Promoter and the Centre reserve the right to request Winners provide suitable identification of proof of age and identity prior to awarding a Prize.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to announce and/or publish the Winners name and/or photograph for publicity purposes.
12. The draw for an unclaimed prize may take place on 16th September 2025.
13. Entries that are illegible, incomplete or do not comply with these Terms are invalid.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and claims for Prizes and reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where the entry process has been tampered with.
15. The Promoter is not responsible if the value of the Prizes changes between the date of publication of these Terms and the date the Prizes are awarded.
16. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if (a) for any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; (b) if the Promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected; or (c) if the determination of the winner or delivery of prize is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoter’s control.
17. Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the entrant’s participation in the Promotion.
18. The Promoter’s decision in relation to this Promotion is final and binding on entrants and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence.
19. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and notifying the Winner. All personal details of the entrant will be stored at the offices of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy may be obtained at Privacy and Confidentiality Policy (healthability.org.au)
20. Existing healthAbility clients, Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter and their related bodies corporate and contractors and any other organisations associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
